I was recently on a podcast and I was explaining the way I approach health and fitness to the podcaster.
I tried to explain the concepts for half an hour to no avail. And this was a very educated fitness trainer who owned several gyms.
This person just couldn’t grasp the idea of short high-intensity workouts combined with a simple reduction in caloric intake as a way to get results.
They had seen the results I’d attained for my clients but had trouble with how everything worked together.
I don’t think I ever got through to that person and I assume it had to do with education. They had learned a particular method for workouts and I was diametrically opposed to that methodology.
